Hannah's memory Page


On one of the groups I belong to we are making a memory book in memory book for Hannahs family.
I am sure they will find the finished book.

    Beautiful, Mary - I'm sure Hannah's family will love the book. I've made a page for it too - I really feel for her family, especially her daughter losing her Mum so young.
